Quebec: Preliminary Application: Is item "adress and phone of relatives/friends" vital?
Hi all,
I am going to submit a Preliminary Application for Immigraion for
Quebec and I just saw an item "Address of relatives/friends in
Quebec". What if I don't have any? Will they reject my application
straight away?? How important is this if I am applying under
Employability & Mobility program?
Thanx,
Peter

No problem. My brother also submitted the preliminary app. without knowing anyone in Quebec and with a french of 3/12 and they already sent him formal application. Last month he received a letter telling him he will be interviewed. He is a Java programmer so I think it depends more of your career and MAINLY your age. Good luck!!

Hi
How long it takes to get the preevaluation done from NewYork office.
As i sent my prelimary application on Dec 5, 2002 and i m still
waiting the actual application forms( if i qualify, having MEng , IT
diploma , BSc Engineering , living in canada since two and half years
, basic french, 1-1/2 years exp, single). Also how long it took to get
the interview call, i mean waiting period.
