Qualifications during application?

Qualifications during application?
Can qualifications gained during an application be added to the application?
I should have completed my HNC in Electrical Engineering by July 2010, So if i sent my application in May 2010, i should have my certificate by the time london request it or should i wait till August before i apply just to be on the safe side.

Wait you have to meet the requirements on the date you submit the application.
Can qualifications gained during an application be added to the application?
