Q :: Accepted / Delay for spouse's background check ?

Dear all,
The stroy is that I have received the letter of interview waiver along with medical
exam papers and IMM0008 and IMM5406 forms (to be filled in again). Meanwhile, I got
married and now I have to add my spouse to my application and besides, I have been
working in another country (and hence another company) since four months before
getting the notification.
Considering that I have received the interview waiver notification 15 months from the
date of application, how long delay for checking my spouse's background and my new
job will likely to be?
