Proof of funds for yet to land family members
Dear All,
I just received the Canadian PR-visas for my family (wife and 2 daughters) and I intend landing alone to sort out accommodation issues before bringing my family over. I understand that I will have to show the proof of funds for all myself and all members of my family even though they will not be travelling with me. If so, will the immigration authorities at the port of landing request my family again for proof of funds when they arrive later as their COPR will have to be completed and signed when they arrive later?
Thanks in advance for your kind responses,
Vasco

Hi
The principal applicant has to show the funds for the whole family, and no the remaining family when they arrive will not be required to show settlement funds.
