We have been asked to update our proof of funds by CHC London.

Does anyone know if they still accept estate agent valuations as proof of property equity?

Not at this stage. CHC London is one of few visa posts accepting real estate valuation with mortgage statement as proof of funds submitted with application. Now ehen they want an update they want to see liquid funds ready for transfer to Canada.

we have been asked for a mortgage statement and a current valuation and weren't sure if they would accept a real estate valuation, but from your answer I guess they do.
