Hello,
I've been married to my wife for a year now. We got married in Canada, but then I moved over to the UK.
We want to get the immigrations done for my wife, but we've no idea what to do?
We don't know if we should do sponsorship, because I am a Canadian, landed immigrancy, or visa's?
And I heard you can move to Canada, and get your citizenship there?
But my wife, what's everything to be done on the up and up, because she doesn't want to get kicked out of Canada, and have to leave.
Can anybody give me any advice on what we should do? And how much it would roughly cost us... we were looking at the sponsorship, but we're unsure if we would be able to do that, because I currently don't have a Canadian job, as I am living and working in the UK.
Thank you

Hi
1. If you are Canadian citizen, you can sponsor your wife while residing in the UK, if you are PR you must return to Canada to sponsor.
2. If you are a CC here are forms and instructions: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...cations/fc.asp
3. If you are PR you must return to Canada to sponsor, you wife can apply for admission as a visitor (no guarantees) and your application would be either processed in Canada via Vegreville or as an out of Canada processed through London (that is if you spouse is a UK citizen). See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...ons/spouse.asp
