Problems with Buffalo office

Has anyone else had problems with the Buffalo office? My husband and I are planning
on immigrating to Canada. We filled out the forms, sent in the landing fees and
completed our medicals. Now, we received a notice from them, wanting to know if I
plan to immigrate with my husband as they have not received my landing fee. We sent
them two money orders, both for the correct amounts for our landing fees. Does
anyone have any advice on how to remedy this situation. Unfortunately, we don't have
the receipts, as they were money orders and not personal checks. Thanks for any
serious replies.

PS--We sent the landing fees a couple of months ago with other materials. Since that
time we received additional communication from the Buffalo Office, which never
indicated we were missing anything. Now, June 18th, we received a notice regarding
our landing fees. Sorry for rambling, I'm just venting. This situation is
incredibly frustrating.
