PR Via pnp but have canadian common law?
Hi
I'm asking this for a friend who is applying for PR via the BC PNP but who also has a Canadian common law. Its really confusing which part of the CIC application forms her Canadian partner should go on? Can anyone help with this?
So thinking he should be listed on the imm 5406 family info but do we also need to send copies of his Canadian passport and Birthcert?
Does imm5409 statutory declaration of common law need to be completed? He's not sponsoring.
The checklist is very unclear so any help on what part of the application a Canadian citizen commonlaw should go on would be appreciated.
Thanks so much
