PR Cards - Rushed

Re: PR Cards - Rushed
Well .... the day finally arrived, as I received my shiny new PR Card in the mail this morning. Pleasantly surprised, as back in February, it looked like I had no chance in hell of having a new card in hand before our flight back to the UK.
So, if it helps others, here are my submission details:
All that remains now, is to let off some steam (in a good way of course).
All the best,
Siv

Re: PR Cards - Rushed
Thanks so much Snowy!
We all complain about timelines and holds ups with Immigration related procedures, but at the end of the day, it's our lives on hold.
So, as far as my PR Renewal taking a little over 3 months, I have no complaints whatsoever. At least I can stop worrying about Travel Docs, more paperwork, more mug shots and sending my UK Passport down to London Town to get stamped!!!
I'll check in as much as I can, to see how others are getting on with their PR situations.
All the best,
Siv

Re: PR Cards - Rushed
I have to do the PR renewal process in a few months.
I think if a person is eligible for citizenship, that's worth considering (to avoid all the PR card renewal hassles) but I recognise some countries don't permit dual citizenship, so it's not for everyone, if they don't want to lose their original citizenship.
