Police Clearance and Success of the Application
I was wondering will my skilled immigration case be denied due to police record (clearance).
I had been arrested several years ago in the US(alleged domestic violance case). After two days spent in jail, the case was dissmissed; I did not even go to court for this, and of course, there was no guilty verdict on this. However, now, there is a record of this in my FBI record about this incident.
Other than this my record is clear.
Does anyone have experiences relevant to this situation?
If everything else seems to be OK, do you anticipate:
denail
interview and denial
interview and OK
OK
Thanks!

Should not be a problem, as your FBI clearance would not show any
convictions.
