Pls Help
I got Permanent resident status in April 2002. Currently I am working on an IT project outside Canada with some foreign company. This project will go until Mid of 2004. After that I wanted to move canada permanently. Could you please let me know If I don't apply for PR card before Dec 2003, then will it be possible for me to travel to canada using my Current Landing paper.
Keep in mind I can't get too much leave to apply and receive for PR card.
