Please advice Mr. Miller , others too !
Hi Mr. Miller,
Just to give a brief picture of my status so far :
Applied for immigration in Feb-02 from London, got my file no. in Mar-02.
Got a request for ROLF and medicals in Nov-02. Paid up the ROLF
in Jan-03, did the medicals for me and my spouse in Feb-03.
Hubby's results were Ok, they asked me to take additional tests
which I did in Apr-03 and one more test to take in June-03.
Also the on-line status says, 'Decision Made' and the Visa
officer will contact you concerning the decision.
Had no interview so far.
Can you tell how long it might take after this or if the
background checks have been started or do they wait until the
medicals are clear for the background checks as this will delay
by another 3-5 months.
Also our medical validity is only till Feb- 04, i.e. from the date of my first medical.
Would highly appreciate a response from you.
Responses from others are welcome too.

Your background/security check has been initiated shortly after selection
decision was made (Nov-02). Medical officer will make medical decision
within a week or two after results of your June-03 test reach London,
providing that no more tests are needed.
