Default past surgery - will i pass medical

Dear members/experts,

I had a breast implany surgery done 13 years ago and later had it taken out after 3 years having it done as there was a lot of uncertainty about its safety then.

When I went for the medicals I informed the DMP of this and he wrote this on the report in one short sentence.

It has been 3 months and 2 weeks since our medicals and we have still not received any request for passport and the e-client still shows "in process".

Somehow I have a feeling that the short sentence was not enough for the medical officer to make a decision and think I should submit a full report on the surgery done eventhough I have not been asked.

Do you think I should wait for the CIC to ask or go ahead and furnish a full report on the surgery. What if they already made a decision and then I send a report - how will it impact their decision further??

Pls advise
