Don't think we will get there first as we hve not sold our house yet
If you know anyone who would like a 4 bedroomed former farmhouse on the fringe of the Lake District let us know

Hi Sans
Don't mind you asking at all.
We were valued at £425.000 last September and put it on the market. We have dropped it twice since and are now at £399.995. Still not getting anywhere and we have changed agents twice. On Saturday we toured the remaining agents and all of them told us that we are in a price bracket that is moving very slowly at the moment We wondered if they were all related to CIC????!!!
