Hi all, sorry another question, ther'es a section under ONIP for partner IELTS which says mandatory if applicable. I've done my IELTS but my partners IELTS was over 2 years ago now. does my partner have to do it again? or can it just go through with mine?

Then it's not required, so no need for him/her to retake it unless you've added those points when doing your EE profile.

if I’m accepted and get the extra 600 points, and then get picked through an EE draw is there a time frame I have to move by?

You have a year from the date of your medical to 'land' and activate your visa.
