I am a Canadian Citizen, but my parents are UK citizens, can they obtain Canadian Citizenship/residence via me?

They can't get citizenship until they've been Permanent Residents for 4 years, but you can sponsor them for PR.

This year's quota has already been met, but you can apply in January next year (do be prepared, all visas are snapped up very quickly, so have your app ready to go). Info here - Sponsor your parents and grandparents

HTH.

Where do you live? Your location says: England.

Even if there was space, I think you have to be living in Canada to sponsor your parents to become permanent residents:

Determine your eligibility – Sponsor your parents and grandparents

Well spotted! Yes, if the OP is in England then he can't sponsor his parents. I suspect his location info is just out of date, as all of his last posts were in Canada, but they were a while ago, so ?????

Well if the poster is living in Canada, the Supervisa might be worth considering for a longish visit of up to two years, even though UK citizens are Visa Exempt:

Apply–Visit your children or grandchildren

Looks like his location is Canadaland.

The OP's parents can apply for the Super Visa while waiting for PR. This is the position we are in at present. As Christmasoompa said get the PR application in quickly as soon as it reopens...ie get all the paperwork ready and notorised...have it delivered by courier Jan 1st to ensure the application is accepted in 2016 quota. Looking at another website I think our PR should be through in 2 years time.

The SV is a 10 year visa for multiple visits of 2 years each. We will be applying to extend for another 2 years early next year.

Oh good. So sponsorship might be possible when there's places then.
In the meantime (or as an alternative), the Supervisa is a good option for a long visit.
