Paper based application for PR

Paper based application for PR
Have completed the paper 'General Application for Canada' for PR and clicked on validate which told me I had completed all the questions and to print the form, however the bar code's are not appearing, just the place holders and file names. can anyone help me please?

After I click the Validate button on my application form, nothing happens and I don’t see the barcodes. Why?

I've always found that uninstalling Adobe Reader and then reinstalling the up to date version (not updating, fresh install) works..
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
others suggest that you save each page - right click, save as, to your hard drive and then print from there.

Thanks for your suggestions, I already have it saved to my hard drive otherwise it doesn’t open, I’ll try deleting Adobe and reinstalling
