Open Work Permit
Does anyone know about Open Work Permits?
I'm currently in Canada waiting for the Sponsorship and Pernament Process to be completed. So far Quebec has said yes to my application and now CIC has requested more info from me and in the letter they have said that I can apply for a Open Work Permit.
I've tried to ask someone from CIC but no luck as they just tell me to consult the CIC website.
Do I need an offer of employment for this permit?
What form do I complete?
