online application status - help

online application status - help
HI!
I find out my immigration file number / receipt number starting from B0******** (was on the back confirmation money order)- I tried to check my application status online but I can't why?
I sent my application to Buffalo second half of April they cashed my Debt begin of may. I still waiting for my medical and official file number.
If they put that number that is mean they start my process am I right?
some advice?

It might not be available on ecas yet. Try again next week.

make sure u r entering the number with B in combination with correct identification type it should be "immigration file number"

make sure you enter england and not uk. also B and surname need to be in capital letters when logging onto ecas.
