Default OMG...PPR Here!!!

Cant believe its so long since "I have been on Expats...hope you are all doing well.

So after only 15 months since applying via the Skilled Workers Route for PR , on Friday we received our PPR letter.

I nearly gave an old guy in the Post Office a heart attack when I gave an almighty cheer after opening that lovely brown envelope.

Just wanted to let all my old friends on here know, I've been outside all Summer enjoying the Prairie heat so have had no time for computers.

Can I ask a question when I'm at it - when we send back our passports do we take out our TWP or leave them in.

Thanks to everyone who helped us get this far - you know who you are and I'll let you know when we get our visas back.

Good luck to all those waiting, fingers crossed it all goes smoothly and when you get here you will realise it was worth every painstaking moment.

We love Saskatchewan

Leave them in. Assuming you've got fast-tracking, then it's dependent on you having a valid work visa at the time the PR visa is issued. They'll sort it out for you (I think it might stay in until you land).
