Hello experts ,

I was out of Canada for about 1 and a half years and now i am
returning back to Canada.

I landed in Aug 2001 and applied for my OHIP card which i got after
few months, i stayed in Canada for about 10 months then return back to
my country.

My question is that is my OHIP card still valid? if not how can i re
validiate it after entering Canada.
