Morning all. We are starting the visa application process and I am trying to find out if anyone has had success with getting their NVQ 7 (or 6) in construction management assessed. There are a couple of threads however they all seem to stop without a clear answer.
thanks

So as above, generally the V in the NVQ means it is vocational and you generally wont get anything from an ECA for it, that said they may well use it to count for secondary education if you haven't got A Levels. Although there are stories and I personally know of someone who got their NVQ (identical to mine) reviewed as a university level qualification whereas mine wasn't - both sat the same courses at the same college and both used WES (albeit 2 years apart)
So I have NVQ Level 2 (CandG) 3 and 4 (IMIAL)- my level 3 and level 4 counted for nothing on my ECA, my level 2 counted as secondary school diploma - this was done by WES.
Likewise a google of ECA NVQ used to suggest ICAS (I think) often held more chance of granting points for an NVQ than others - not sure if this still holds true, it was 18+ months ago I was looking through it all.
