novice, can you help
I am new to this Forum and wanted to ask a question that may be too huge to answer. I partially understand Australian immigration, how does it work for Canada? I am 35, have a degree as a primary school teacher.
Would I stand a chance at getting a visa?
How long would it take?
I know this is a bit of a dense question but I am just beginning to find out information.
Thanks for your help.
PS The information below explains our Australian application. We are now considering Canada.

First try the CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/
Look under immigrate...skilled worker. There is a PDF for Download and a self assessment tool for the point system,
