just a quick question, im off to my solicitor today to get on of these drawn up for my ex husband to sign, does it have to contain any specific words such as "permanant" im sure i read on here somehwere to make sure it has certain words in it.....

just got back from solicitors, he didnt really have a clue about what i was after but i got through to him in the end....what a pain though i thought he would get the letter sent to me when he had composed it and i thought i could take it to my ex husband for him to sign ,,but he tells me i have to give it to my ex and then hes got to make an appointment at another solicitors to sign it in front of his solicitor....what a performance why cant i just get him to sighn it myself......

my ex is being difficult about it all as it it and im sure he wont rush to get it signed.....:curse:
