I responded to a job advertisement that clearly stated that the position was available to
Canadian Citizens and Landed Immigrants. Email from the Job Supervisor, whose name was
listed as the contact, explained that actually, Canadian Citizens were preferred and that
they would get back to me after elimination of qualified Canadians (even though this was
not stated on the advert). Is this legal?
