No of photos for application

No of photos for application
This is a silly question since it is a matter of simple arithmetic, but, do I really need 14 photos for my application? I am being sponsored into Canada under the family class option. According to the forms I need to take 5 photos to the medical, I need to also send 8 photos with the Visa application and I need 1 photo for the X-Ray which is a total of 14. Do I have this correct?
