Hello,

I received an interview waiver from Buffalo for my application as a
Skilled Independent. I was asked to submit updated copies of my
transcript, proof of status in the US, employment letter and updated
bank statements. However, I was not asked to submit updated police
clearance from my country and from the FBI.

Most of the posts here indicate that updated police clearance is
required. But I was not asked to submit them. Is this a mistake by
the visa officer in Buffalo?

Should I submit them even if Buffalo does not require me to do so at
this time? Or should I just wait until the visa office requires me to
submit them?

Please advise. Thanks.

If they do not ask for it, dont send it. This is comparable to the old
saying " If it works, don't fix it"
