Wonderinguy

I was looking at options for spousal/fiancee visa. I have not yet married,but will do
so in an year. I was told , that getting a fiancee visa is more difficult than
getting a spousal visa. Is this right ? As I was going thru the new regulation passed
my CIC, I found the following

"In-Canada landing class for sponsored spouses and common-law partners. "

What does this mean ? How do guys/gals usually handle bring the spouse to canada ?
Any input is greatly apprecaited.
