Default New Point System Easier or Harder?

So bottom line...does the new point system make it easier or harder to obtain pr
under the skilled independent catagory?

It depends from one's qualifications, skills and abilities - for some it is much
harder while for many others it is easier and it also opens the possibility to
apply for those who's occupation previously was not listed (or listed with low
mark) on the GOL.

So, the bottom line is - it is quite easier for those who are needed in Canada now
and much harder for those who's skills are not in very high demand or which supply of
is much larger than demand for.

It's much easier for people who have been working in Canada with EA permission.

It will be easier for someone whose English or French is a mother tongue (or for
someone who speaks fluently), plus this person must be married and his husband/wife
must have a degree and preferably worked or studied in Canada before. Otherwise the
chances to get an approval are quite slim. Even if you get the maximum points on
language, education, experience and age you won't get 75 points to qualify. Serg
