Default New information on common-law H&C applications (pre-IRPA)

Here is important new information for those who applied as common-law
partners under the old rules (pre-IRPA) and whose cases are being
processed very slowly by visa posts, because they are being treated as
skilled worker applicants. This memorandum is not new, but the
addendum from CIC headquarters regarding the time frame is.
