Canadian Gazette says that those applying after new Act becomes effective, will have
to score 80. Those who apply after the publication date (Dec 15?) will have to score
80. Those (and this is most interesting) who applied BEFORE the publication, but
received the interview AFTER new Act becomes effective - will have to score 75. But
C-11 Bill already IS effective (received Royal Ascent). So what are "they" talking
about? Al.
