Hi, Sorry I'm posting this again - it seems I went to the wrong thread before.. My
problem: I'm making ready to apply through the consulate in Buffalo. My question is
can I send my application and ROLF first without the police certificates and then
send the certificates( after I get them ). Is there any way to pass the medicals in
advance ? What can I do to make it as fast as possible ? Thax in advance...

You may submit the application in the absence of the police clearances, and provide
those later. It is not possible to complete the medical examinations prior to
issuance of the applicable forms by the visa office.

The clearest possible presentation of your application, and selection of an
appropriate processing post are the best means of expediting your application for
immigration to Canada.
