Default Is it necessary to send all documents?

Hello!
I am about to apply for Can. Immig.. Is it necessary to send all the documents and fees together? Can I send the application with all the application forms and supporting docs first, and then send the FBI Fingerprint Results later? Will this result in rejection or in delay? Please advise.

Also, is there any merit in sending both fees together?

Thanks,
Srikanth.

Please read the instruction specific for your country of residence/visa post
carefully - there you'll find your answer. You must submit all required
documents as listed in visa post specific guide together with the application.

It is vital to have a properly completed application including all required
documentation.

Delays or worse can result if not careful.
