Hello,
I would like to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada as an independent immigrant.
Regarding the form "Additional Family Information" (IMM5406) Section
A:
Which name is required for the mother's name: her current name (after marriage) or
her name before marriage?
I know that form IMM0008, Part C, section "My Parents" requires the mother's full
name before marriage, but there is no specific requirement for the mother's name as
far as the form "Additional Family Information" (IMM5406) is concerned.
