P.S.

But please note that even with access to Manual most people who are not
familiar with law and procedures will still be confused anyway. Even more so
with access to more information as they will have more difficulties
digesting and interpreting the flood of information as we see here in this
forum every day when some posters simply read only what they want to read or
read it the way they seem fit. Doesn't matter how much information, rules,
manuals, etc. you will have access to - you will still not be able to match
the experience and expertise of immigration practitioner dealing with many
different cases on daily bases for years.

In this case it's simply a matter of understanding how the law is
written and the structure of Canadian law writing.
