my son?

my son?
Can anyone offer any advice to me?
I have found a job in Canada, working with a family under the caregivers programme.
My thirteen year old son is coming with me and his father is happy for him to go. I know i need legal documents for proof.
I called a lawyer but they said they need to know what information is needed from immagration.
I called them and they said they can not give out such information. I am so frustrated as i really want to speed up my aplication and i don't want any hold ups when i go for my interveiw.
Please can anyone help me?
