Mr Miller, Why fill in new forms for old applicants who received selection decision
why is Buffalo asking applicants under the old law (applied before January
1st 2002) to fill in the new forms, despite their receiving a
"selection decision", like an interview waiver, before March 31 st 2003...
Isn't this a bit weird...!
Below is what is said on the CIC website..:
If you applied before January 1, 2002 and you did not receive a selection
decision by March 31, 2003, your pass mark is 70.
So why would they assess me under the new law (fill in the new forms) if I
have received a selection decision before March 31 2003...??
I need some explanation...
Thanks

Re: Mr Miller, Why fill in new forms for old applicants who received selection decision
How many times you need to ask the same question that has already been
answered in past few months countless times?
Request for new forms has nothing to do with selection decision in cases
when such was already made - it is in most cases simply to upgrade file to
new law standard.
But it may also be possible that something discovered during background
check and verification of your credentials may force reconsideration of that
selection decision. Nothing is guaranteed until visa is issued and you
legally land as a PR.
Just do what you were asked to do.
