Default To Mr Miller: PR Card

Hi,

I will be getting my landing papers somewhere this July or August. I just want to
know will I still get the landing papers or the PR Card. Also, I only paid CAD $500
and $975 for the application and landing fees. I know under the new regulations, the
initital application fees is at $550, the $50 is for the making of the PR Card. So in
my case will I still get the landing papers for PR Card?

Everybody will still be receiving landing document - PR Cards will be issued after
landing automatically providing that new immigrant notifies CIC about permanent
address in Canada within 180 days from landing.

Hi

Does the current landing document get pasted into your passport or is it a separate
piece of paper?

Thanks JAck "Andrew Miller" <millercitelus.net> wrote in message

It is a separate piece of paper and rather large (legal size) - it gets stapled in
your passport during landing process.
