could u please answer:

1. is Background check performed after the interview or after the assessment?
2. in most cases, when are the medical forms released once the interview was
done already?
3. could u please share your experience about the business applicants timeline
in london? also if possible, when were each of decisions made?
4. would requesting CAIPS file have adverse effect on selection decision (would
immigration officer create any doubts in his mind)? how often are the CAIPS
file requested by the public?
5. what is the procedure for requesting CAIPS file? I know person must be
Canadian citizen or resident. Would you be able to make a request if I would
like to hire you? What are the charges?
6. I was told requesting CAIPS file before an interview is useless and slows
down the process of the application, is it true?

1. It depends from many factors and varies by visa post

2. The same as above - but usually within weeks if background/security check is
concluded or is anticipated to be concluded soon

3. Lately an average 14 to 16 months from application to interview for my
clients in Business class in London

4. Processing officer will be notified that CAIPS notes were requested but it
will not have adverse effect on the process

5. You need to hire someone for that if you are not Canadian resident - you may
contact me directly for more info

6. It is not true - it is important to see notes to at least know what to
expect at the interview
