Mr Miller and others please, Do I need to take the TEF?
Hi,
I was born in France but my citizenship is from Morocco and lived most
of my life in Morocco. Does this mean that my "NATIVE" language is
french?
And do I still have to take the TEF? I also have a bachelor degree
from a french university but I don't think I can get documentation
about high school.
Unfortunately, I have to drive 10 hours to take the test, which is why
I am wondering if I can do without.

If you are applying in Paris I think you will find that you will not have to
take TEF. You must document your education and use of french in a separate
submission when filing your application. Are you applying for Quebec or the
rest of Canada?
Ce sera plus facile de faire un demande au Quebec que le Canada a mon avis.
