Mr. Miller-and other Experts --Please--lead statement in NOC
Hi:
the suggestions by Mr. Miller and other experts are highly valuable
for the information seekers. I hope i can get my doubts cleared in
this forum.
I was having a question pertaining to the the work experience as per
NOC:
1. In the regulation R75(2b), it says" during that period of
employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement
for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the
National Occupational Classification; and"
Question: what is the meaning of the "Lead statement" in NOC for
Electrical Engineers(2133)?
2.In the regulation R75(2c), it says "during that period of employment
they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the
occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National
Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties".
For 2133, the NOC has listed "Main Duties" only and there are no
"essential duties" listed on the website.
thanking you in advance for your consideration

Go to NOC description for NOC 2133 here:
http://www23.hrdc-drhc.gc.ca/92/e/groups/2133.shtml
The very first paragraph is the lead statement.
Not all occupations have essential duties listed in their description.
