Mr.Miller and other experts - Please HELP SENDING PASSPORT
Dear Mr. Miller, Mr. Hamphris, Mr. Cohen and other experts and members
of this board:
I've received a request for passport from Buffalo. However, the grey
envelope they instructed to use got missing due to some reason. Do you
think it is acceptable to place my passport in another envelope and
mark 'PASSPORT' accross it? I'm going to FedEx it to Buffalo anyway.
Or do you suggest contacting Buffalo and notifying them that I am
unable to provide my passport in the required package? I have NO any
other difficulties or restrictions of any kind sending my passport
apart from this accident.
As you know, I have very limited time (30 days) to send it off, so I
will extremely appreciate you fast response.

Send your passport as you suggested with your file number and marked
"passport" in a courier envelope.
