Hello,

I have a question regarding the cover letter. Do you think it's necessary to submit one with the application? If yes, what do you think are the components of a good cover letter?

Cover letter is not required with the application. But it may be used to
point out or clarify certain facts or circumstances that may not be so clear
from just looking at the evidence.
