Default Mr. Miller/Mr. Humphries please help

Hi,

1. I will start HRDC Self Employment Program soon. HRDC will pay around
$1,000 a monthly for 12 months. If my business could earn $23,000+, would I
be able to sponsor my Dad while I'm on this program?

2. Is this income acceptable to invite my parents as a visitor visa? If so,
the immigration officer requires T4 for proof of income. I won't have T4
since this is my own business. Would Notice of Assessment of income tax
return be acceptable and sufficient?

Thanks,
David

Sorry, but no one can really say whether you should invite your father to
Canada in this situation. For myself, I would not do so.

What situation? I don't think you understood my email.
I'm saying if my start up business happen to be successful and earn over
$23,000 in 12 months and continue to profit.
My guess is this isn't a popular case so it would be hard to make coment
unless one is a lawyer.

Thanks
