Default Mr. Miller and Mr. Humphries: Medical Reports Lost - Need Help

Hi,

I just recieved word from my doctor that CIC Ottowa has not recieved
my medical forms even though my doctor had sent them in mid-November
2002. I have not been officially informed by CIC Buffalo yet. Assuming
the medicals are lost in the mail, my doctor suggests mailing a new
X-ray and photo copy of the old medical report. My questions are:

1) Do I send a cover letter from my doctor to CIC Buffalo, explaining
the situation so that my case is not closed as technically I have not
supplied all the necessary information within 90 days of my initial
assessment - Sept 10th, 2002.

2) Will the CIC in Ottowa/Buffalo expedite my file considering it was
not my fault that the medicals were lost in the mail?

Thanks for your advice

Just do as the doctor advises and include a cover letter from him in
explanation. Don't expect expedited processing.
