Mr. Miller, Jim and other experts
My sister has applied for Refugee and her hearing is set for next week. Can
any expert and refugee share experience. If she is successful when she will
able to sponsor her dependent?
When she will know her positive or negative decision? How long it takes?
If she get rejected, what other appeal chances she will have and which
appeal? Can she apply for Permanent Residence on Humanitarian Grounds, if
she get rejected.
Any feed back will be highly appreciate.

she should addres her questions to her counsel.

It depends, you have to give more information and then call CIC to be sure.
