Hi Mr. Miller, Thank you for all your postings on this group. I applied for Canada
Immigration unders Skilled Independent Category in August 2001 through Buffalo. I
have a MS in Computer Science from USA, 3 years 8 months of full time work experience
in the IT industry. I score only 71 points. What are my chances? Will it be
beneficial to update my application with an employment letter from my company(if the
application falls under the new regulations, 4 yrs of work experience will help),
TOEFL scores(i scored very well on TOEFL 5 yrs ago).

Also, if I become Canadian PR, will my younger brother get 5 points.

Thanks Amit

I don't know what your chances are or may be as you didn't provide enough information
to assess your situation. Contact me directly please.
