Mr Miller help..! Returned App due to wrong fee amt
HI Mr Miller and experts!!!
Recently I applied for Canada PR as a skilled worker from USA. I sent them US$821(for myself & for my wife) as an application fee to the Buffalo center with the forms. They returned my application saying that I Need re-apply with proper amount which is US$800.00. Second thing they ask was the proof of my english profiency even though I had a 4.5yr of USA experience which of course was in english. So
1) Can apply now with correct fee(us$800) without Ielts score and take test later and send the results or what should I do?Please advise.
Thanks for your help

Fact that you have 4.5 years of US experience proves absolutely nothing about your level of proficiency in English. You must include acceptable proof of claimed level of proficiency in English with your application or it will be returned again.

Hi Tarik
Take the test, if you submit sufficient evidence (what you consider) of your English proficiency according to the bench mark, the officer may decide that your English ability is either moderate or less; or decides that you did not submit sufficient evidence and you will be required to submit test results.
