Mr. Miller/Experts please help - How to stop PR process ?
I applied for Canadian PR in November 01. Got my AOR in Jan 02 and
recently got a letter suggesting that assessment is complete. In this
assesment letter I am asked addition evidence such as "Recent
Employement Verification Letter, Recent proof of funds (banks
statements)" etc. This letter also contains forms for Medicals.
During this PR process (Nov01 and Jan03) I got my US Green Card
approved and I have taken decision to settle in US. I would like to
know as what are the steps to cancel the Canadian PR process now at
this stage ? Any help would really be appreciated. thanks in advance.

Simply write to the visa office and ask them to close your file. The
processing fee is not refundable, but the RPRF is if you paid it.
