Default Mr Miller and experts:PLEASE

Dear Mr Miller and experts :

I am currently waiting for assessment letter from Buffalo.I applied May 13
2002 and got my AOR back November 20 th 2002.I `ve been working in Canada
for more than 3 years and I have more than enough points under the new
regulations .
I am involved in a long-term relationship with a canadian citizen that
have been accepted to work in Japan so we are planning to get married soon
and leave by the end of August and stay there for at least one year.Could
you please tell me what is the best course of action?Withdraw my
application from Buffalo and get my wife to sponsor me?In this case, should
I send an inland application or wait until we are stablished in Japan and
send it to Manila?or should I just wait for my assessment letter (
hopefully it will be here before August) and then get file transfered to
Manila?
My guess is that in either way, it will take around 1 year to get PR.
Thank you very much for your invaluable help.
Daniel

Nobody gave you any answers so far because you are asking for something we
can't really give you - a decision which you have to make on your own based
on all circumstances.

You didn't provide enough details to even speculate about the problems,
benefits and outcome of each option you mentioned.
